Technical Challenges at the Beginning of the Summer Holidays

Unfortunately, as you may have noticed we recently had some technical challenges which caused an interruption in viewneo service. We would like to formally apologize for this outage and hope that everyone is now back online.

The outage was caused by a disconnect between the cloud and some of our players, which resulted in content not being able to be displayed. Fortunately, we were able to resolve the issue and restore the content in a relatively short period of time.

When issues like this occur, you can always refer to our support email address, which will ensure that the responsible staff can provide a solution as soon as possible. Additionally, we have implemented a new security protocol with our cloud provider, so that the outage will not be repeated in the future.
