Dear Partner,

sometimes important information can get lost in the shuffle. To help prevent you from missing out on important updates, we’ve developed a new start window to display the most relevant information about viewneo.

The viewneo Dashboard

Once you log into the system an easy to read overview will provide all of the relevant details.

On the left side, a changelog will be displayed. Here you will find all of the important system adjustments arranged in chronological order. It will also provide information on software updates, bug fixes, and information on new viewneo features at a glance.

Under the heading “Recent Changes” you will find the most recent activities of your accounts. This allows you to quickly see what customers are doing in their accounts and how they are using viewneo.

Our YouTube channel is an important way that we share information about our latest products and features. So, you don’t miss anything, we have included a feature in the overview which will display our most current viewneo YouTube video. So, you don't need to switch between multiple windows.

We are constantly working to add new features and Plugins to viewneo. To make sure you are aware of our latest features, we’ve also added a featured product section at the bottom right.

We hope this new feature will help to make our communication even more transparent and provide a place for you to get all the latest news, activities, and changes related to viewneo.
