We hope that you had a nice holiday season despite the current situation. We have been using the time to implement some new functionalities and would love to share them with you:

sentibar Plugin

Viewers are looking to be entertained and informed by a DS system. One way to do this is with surveys and infotainment about current events.

We’ve connected with the content provider, sentibar to allow viewneo customers in Germany and Austria survey and quiz results that they can integrate into their playlists. The animated content is an exciting change from static playlists and invites viewers to participate. This means more attention on your screens and more engaged viewers.

So that you have an opportunity to try it for yourself, we have activated the Plugin in your partner account.

New partner payout

In order to simplify the monthly partner payment, we have made an adjustment to your account.

You now have the option of deciding when you would like to receive your partner payment. Your current balance on commissions is available in your account. If the amount exceeds 180 USD, you have the option of having it paid out. When you request a payout, a voucher will be created and the money will be automatically transferred to the account you have specified.

Additionally, an automated distribution will take place at the end of the year. This means that around December 1st of every year a deposit slip will be created and any funds associated with your account will be transferred to you.
