As we adjust to our new circumstances, we have to adjust to new rules. These are particularly noticeable when you go shopping. Lines form in front of stores and customers are only allowed to enter in limited numbers. All to improve the safety of customers and employees during the time of Corona.

A customer traffic light

The viewneo flowCounter system helps to monitor and automate the admission limitations currently in effect. Customers are informed if they can enter a store by optical signals. If the maximum number of people in the store is reached, the content automatically changes to red and signals that no more entry is allowed. As soon as a customer leaves the store, the display changes back to green and welcomes the next person.

A full-fleged DS system

Additionally, you aren't limited in the type of content that can be displayed. We have several ready-made traffic light templates or you can create your own content suited to your business. The screen can also be split to display additional content in addition to the admission information, which is useful while the customers are waiting.

And after Corona crisis?

Thanks to the integrated AI module, the system can continue to be used once the regulations change. For example, it can be used to measure the demographic metadata of your customers and help you provide more targeted messages. All of the data is collected and able to be displayed in an easy to read dashboard, so you can get real insights about your customers.
